*45-minute Pilates class taught by Body by Vi and Synergy Instructors.
*A one of a kind Pilates goes Pink Swag bag stuffed with goodies and a pink Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbon for the first 100 registered!

The session is for men, women, and children of all fitness levels, you do not need any experience, this is a great way to kick start your health and benefit research to save lives!

Each participant should bring their own mat, towel, and water.
