We’re teaming up with International Marine Ecological Research Solutions and the Georgia Aquarium’s Dolphin Conservation Field Station to bring you a Spring Equinox Coastal Cleanup Day. Participants will join volunteers and park staff to remove trash and debris from the Intracoastal Waterway.  Participants will be provided with transportation aboard the “Hurricane Queen” to access spoil islands along the Intracoastal Waterway including Jordan and Mellon Islands managed by Faver-Dykes State Park.

Pre-registration is required please call 386-446-6783.  Please met at the picnic area at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park.  All necessary trash collection gear will be provided.  Please bring a re-usable water bottle.  The event is open to ages 12 and older; minors must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
