Violation

I have been violated–no actually I have committed a violation………………………….
There has been a mixing of garbage and recyclables. Honestly, I don’t think I was the perpetrator but I’m pretty sure I know who was and there has been a discussion on proper trash etiquette. This infraction will hopefully not be repeated.
However, while I am in complete agreement with the not mixing of the two–I am puzzled by whether or not the city has cited themselves…you see uptown (where all the magic happens) there are no recycle containers–but within our fabulous garbage receptacles there is a blatant mix of both classes… Clearly this is discrimination..
