Island Times welcomes back Native Roots…

When I first started this little writing adventure my sister came along for the ride as the Snow White of Flora and Fauna.  Like myself, she’s a true Florida native born in the oldest town of St. Augustine back when neon was cool and erosion was just a fact of life.   Now she has stepped into one of her dreams as a park ranger in Tomoka State Park.  Her love of nature spills over like Niagara, as she cruises trails walked by thousands of footprints, for hundreds of years.  I’m glad she’s found her little slice of utopia and willing to share her knowledge with all of us.

This was an article that ran in last weeks News Journal…and there is the famous Park Ranger Celena:)
